Class Training for Faculty

Please fill out the following form if you are interested in having one of our training staff conduct a training for your class. Someone from the training staff will be in contact with you shortly. A * marks especially helpful fields. If possible please send form at least two weeks before desired training date. The earlier the request, the more likely we will be able to accommodate all of your requests. Thank you.
