You have learned the procedure to follow when your Windows XP or Vista computer is not responding. Using the Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys will bring up the Task Manager. The task manager allows you to close individual programs and shutdown your computer. You have also learned how to find help and support for Windows XP or Vista issues. Congratulations!
