Section 1- Introduction

EdShare is St. Edward's University network file and print server available to faculty, staff, and students. EdShare is available from computers in offices and labs on campus and available through FTP from residence halls and off campus. EdShare runs on Samba, a Linux file sharing application. It is accessible from any Macintosh OS X or Windows (98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista) computer.
