Section 7 - Opening a Second Browser Window and Tab

At times, you may want to have an additional browser window open. For example, if you are doing research and need information from two resources that are at two different sites, you are able to open a second window.

• In order to have more than one window open:

Open a second Explorer Window:	Open a second Firefox Window:
From the File menu select New Window OR Press Ctrl and N	From the File menu select New Window OR Press Command and N

 

• In order to have more than one tab open:

Open a second Explorer Tab:	Open a second Firefox Tab:
From the File menu select New Tab OR Press Ctrl and T	From the File menu select New Tab OR Press Command and T
