Section 5 - Inserting a Page Break
When the Show/Hide Paragraph button is pressed, a horizontal dotted line across the screen represents a page break. Word inserts default page breaks at points determined by page layout and top and bottom margin settings. If you do not have the Show/Hide Paragraph button pressed, you can see inserted page breaks using the Normal View and see the different pages in Print Layout View.
