Section 3 - Printing the Spreadsheet

In Excel XP or MAC Excel 2004, to print the spreadsheet:

• Click on the File menu and select Print...
• A dialog box will appear.

• In the dialog box, in the Print what area, select the radio button to specify what you want to print.
  • Selection - allows you to print only the areas of the spreadsheet that are highlighted.
  • Active Sheet(s) - allows you to only print the sheets that are active.
  • Entire workbook - allows you to print all the sheets in the workbook.
• Click OK.

In Excel 2007, to print a spreadsheet:

• Click on the Office Button and select Print:

• The print dialog box will appear:
