Section 4 - Slide Sorter View

Slide sorter view displays all of the slides in the current presentation in thumbnail form. Use this view to reorder, add, or delete slides and preview transition and animation effects.

To access the Slide Sorter View:

• In PowerPoint XP or MAC PowerPoint 2004, click the Slide Sorter View button: , or from the ViewMenu select Slide Sorter
• In PowerPoint 2007, click the Slide Sorter View button: , or click the View Tab and then the Slide Sorter button.

To Rearrange Slide Order

Single-click and drag the slide to a new location.

Delete a Slide

• Select the slide in Slide Sorter View.
• Press the [DELETE] key.
