Section 3 - Hiding Slides

PowerPoint allows you to “hide” a slide. The slide remains in your file, even though it is hidden when you run the presentation.

Hide a Slide

1. In Slide Sorter View, select the slide(s) to be hidden.
2. Click on the Hide Slide button on the Slide Sorter toolbar.

NOTE: A "null" sign will appear over the slide number

Unhide a Slide

1. In Slide Sorter View, select the hidden slide(s)
2. Click on the Hide Slide button on the Slide Sorter toolbar
