University has adopted Maintenance Connection as a Physical Plant
work order system for the submittal of
work requests by faculty and staff.
As of 8/6/07, the Maintenance Connection system is only
available on Windows computers using Internet Explorer 6, Internet
Explorer 7 or Firefox 2.x. This software does not
yet run on Macintosh computers.

Setting Your Web Browser Preferences
Before you use the Maintenance Connection system, you must set
up your web browser to accept cookies from their server.
IE 6 and IE 7
- Click on the Tools menu in Internet Explorer and select Internet
Options.
- Click on the Security tab and then click on Trusted
Sites.

- Click on the Sites button.
- Type in https://physwo.stedwards.edu and click on Add.
- Click on OK.
- In the section for Security level for this zone, click on Default
Level.

- Change the Security level to Low.

- Click on Apply and then OK to save your settings.
Logging into the Maintenance
Connection system:
- Go to https://physwo.stedwards.edu/mc_web/onsite/mc_ldap.asp
- Log in with your St. Edward's user name and password. You
may be prompted to log in two times. Use the same login and
password both times.
Firefox 2.0 on Windows XP
- Go to the Tools menu and click on Options.
- Click on the Privacy button.
- Click on Exceptions in the Cookies section.

4. Add physwo.stedwards.edu and click on Allow.

5. Click on Close.
6. Click on OK.
Logging into the Maintenance Connection
system:
- Go to https://physwo.stedwards.edu/mc_web/onsite/mc_ldap.asp
- Log in with your St. Edward's user name and password. You
may be prompted to log in two times. Use the same login and
password both times.
