To access EdShare from off campus you must FTP
to the server using your SEU login information. This should be
the same as your EdWeb login name and password. If you cannot
login, you may need to reset your password using EdWeb.
*You must have a Secure FTP client installed to access EdShare
from your home computer. We recommend using WinSCP 3.7.5 for
Windows. This software is free to the St. Edward's community.
You can download it from http://www.frc.stedwards.edu/installers.
How to setup FTP to EdShare using WinSCP (PC):
- Open WinSCP. It should be located under Start > Programs > SEU
Network Applications, or under Start > Programs > WinSCP.
- Select Stored sessions, and click on New.
- For the Host name enter edshare.stedwards.edu,
and leave the port number as 22.
- Enter your user name and password. * If this computer is
used by more than one person, you may not want to enter your
login name and password. This information will be stored and
others can login to your account.
- Select SCP at the bottom.
When complete, the window should look like this:

- Click on Save. You will be prompted to enter
a session name. Use the default, or enter a name and click OK.
How to login with a Stored Session using WinSCP (PC):

Network Applications, or under Start > Programs >WinSCP.
