St. Edward's Web Mail has a calendar option for student use. The calendar feature allows you to track and schedule your appointments, meetings, and events.

Note to faculty and staff: This calendar does not replace CorporateTime calendar which is the official faculty and staff scheduling application.

To access the calendar from the application chooser select the calendar icon. By default, the work week view is displayed when the calendar is opened for the first time. You can change the view of the calendar by selecting View and selecting from either day, work week, week, month, and schedule.

The calendar features include:

• Creating different personal calendars
• Creating appointments and scheduling meetings or all day events
• Using the QuickAdd dialog to quickly create an appointment
• Display your free/busy status
• View other peoples free/busy schedules to facilitate group meetings
• Create recurring appointments
• View your calendar in various views
• Quickly view your calendar from an email or mini calendar
• Print your calendar
