Make sure you are typing your login name and password in lower case letters. If you don't get a prompt for your login name and password it may be because you have saved an old or incorrect password in Internet Explorer. To clear your saved passwords in Internet Explorer:

  1. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  2. Click on the Content tab.
  3. Click on the AutoComplete button.
  4. Click on Clear Passwords.
  5. Click on Ok and Ok again to save the changes.
  6. Exit from Internet Explorer.
  7. Open Internet Explorer and try logging in again. If you still have problems call the Computer Help Desk at 512-448-8443 to get your password reset.

How long does my student account remain active? Your EdWeb account will remain active so that you may continue to access unofficial transcripts and other information. Your student email and EdShare account expiration date is the later of the following:

  1. 60 days after graduation.
  2. The last add date of a session for which the you are admitted.
  3. 36 days after the end of a session for which you are enrolled.
  4. As long as you can register without having to be readmitted. This varies by school. Check with Admissions department of your school to see if you are still eligible for registration.

Your student account will be removed (no access, files deleted) 14 days after the account is made inactive.
