Make sure you are typing
your login name and password in lower case letters. If you don't

you have saved an old or incorrect password in Internet Explorer.
To clear your saved passwords in Internet Explorer:
- Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- Click on the Content tab.
- Click on the AutoComplete button.
- Click on Clear Passwords.
- Click on Ok and Ok again to save the changes.
- Exit from Internet Explorer.
- Open Internet Explorer and try logging in again. If you still
have problems call the Computer Help Desk at 512-448-8443 to
get your password reset.

This varies by school. Check with Admissions department of
your school to see if you are still eligible for registration.
