To Install TIFF Surfer for Windows:
1. Go to http://www.frc.stedwards.edu/installers and download the TIFF viewer
for PC.
2. Save the file to the desktop.
3. Double-click on the TIFFSURF application icon.
4. On the "Welcome" screen click Next.
5. On the "Select Destination Directory" screen click Next.
6. On the "License Agreement" screen click "I Agree" then Next.
7. On the "Select Languages" window click on Next.
8. On the "Ready to Install" screen click Next.
9. On the "Default Browser Selection" select the browser you use to
access EdWeb, and click OK.
10. On the "Image Type Selection" click on No.
9. On the "Installation Complete" click Finish.
To install Accel ViewTIFF for Macintosh OS 9:
1. Go to http://www.frc.stedwards.edu/installers and download the TIFF viewer
for Mac.
2. Save the file to the desktop.
3. Copy Accel ViewTiff file from the desktop to the Netscape Communicator:Plug-ins
folder.
4. Open Netscape and go to Edit/Preferences and select Navigator/Applications.
5. Search for any installed TIFF file handler. Click Edit if found or New if
there is none.

4. Click on OK and OK again to save.
Macintosh OS X Users:
OS X has a built in Image Previewer which will open the
TIFF images. Since the images are downloaded as CGI files,
you will have to rename the file and place ".tiff" at
the end of the file name, then you will be able to open the
file.
