Question
How do I clear a student's assessment/quiz attempt?
Answer
If a student gets locked out of an assessment you may see a
padlock on the quiz attempt in the gradebook. If this happens
you can clear the attempt to allow the student to take the quiz
again.
- Go to the Control Panel
- Click on Gradebook
- Find the quiz/assessment attempt and click on the padlocked
item
- Click on the View button
 on the right side of the screen.
- Click on the Clear Attempt button.
