Some
classes at St. Edward's University have online components that
require you to download plugins, such as Flash, QuickTime or
RealOne players (to view video, for example). Most of these are
available on the St. Ed's Installers Website to all faculty,
staff and students. To access these
plugins, follow these instructions:
- Go to http://www.frc.stedwards.edu/installers.
- Log in using your St. Edward's user name and password (the
same as your St. Ed's email).
- Click on the link next to the plugin or application you
want to install, selecting the appropriate one for your operating
system.
- Once you've downloaded the file, you'll need to install
it. Simply double-click on the installer icon to begin installation,
then follow the software's prompts.
NOTE: if you are using a computer in one of the campus' computer
labs, you will not be able to download or install plugins.
Please notify the lab manager if you need a specific plugin. The lab computers should have all up-to-date
plugins already installed.
