Owned Computers
Information
Technology provides support for all university owned computers,
telephones and networking equipment. If you are having a problem
with computers, printers or the network, please start by contacting
the Computer Help Desk at x8443. If the Help Desk cannot resolve
your problem we will refer your call to the appropriate second
level support staff including Technical
Support Services .
Support for Telephone Equipment
If you are having problems
with telephone equipment or need to order new telephone equipment
please contact Telecommunications at
x8799.
Ordering New Computer Equipment
Technical
Acquisitions orders all computers, printers and peripherals
for the university. In addition they can provide information
on purchasing computers for students and faculty and staff
home use.
Support for Student Computers
The Computer
Help Desk (x8443) provides support for student computers in
the areas of networking and software support. Due to liability
issues we do not offer computer repair for hardware problems.
Free Computer Training is
provided by Instructional Technology.
