1. Click on the Customize Menu and select Preferences.
2. Click on the Firewall tab and click in the box to the left of Use Passive mode transfers (PASV).
3. Click on OK to save your preferences.

WS_FTP

1. In the Session Properties window, click on the Advanced tab.
2. Click in the box (at the bottom of the window) next to Passive Transfers.
3. Click on Apply.

Dreamweaver

1. Click on the Site Menu and select Define Sites.
2. Select the site and click on Edit.
3. Under Category, click on Remote.
4. On the right side of the screen click in the box next to Use Passive FTP.
5. Click on OK to save your settings.
