WS_FTP is a file transfer program included with
the SEU software package. With WS_FTP, you can transfer files
to and from your PC and other computers using File Transfer Protocol
(FTP). You can point and click to transfer and receive files
rather than having to use the FTP command language.

When you start WS_FTP, the first thing you
will see is the Session Properties window. Set up and save
the parameters in this window, and you can quickly re-connect
to previous sites.
Session window:

Type in a name for Profile Name. This is
a reference by which you can find the site again.

Type in the host or server name for Host/Name
Address.
- host for a student account would be
acad.stedwards.edu
- host for a faculty web account would be aux.stedwards.edu
- host for a staff account downloading file from admin
would be admin.stedwards.edu

Type in your login username for User ID.
This is your login name for EdWeb if you are a student.
Faculty will have assigned web accounts different than
their EdWeb for faculty login.

Type in your account password for Password.

Click on Ok to connect.
