computers, software, telephones and networking equipment. If
you are having a problem with software, computers, printers or
the network, please start by contacting the Computer
Help Desk at x8443. If the Help Desk cannot resolve your problem we will
refer your call to the appropriate second level support staff.
Classroom Support
Classroom support for multimedia equipment including the teacher's station and
projector is provided by Media
Services. Every classroom has a telephone labeled with Media Services'
phone number. Please call that number for fast (within 5 minutes) response
to classroom computer problems.
Faculty Resource Center and Instructional
Computing
The Faculty Resource Center (FRC) and Instructional Computing staff assist faculty
with technical and instructional design needs. Development of classroom materials
from consultation to production is available through Instructional
Computing.
Support for Telephone Equipment
If you are having problems with telephone equipment or
need to order new telephone equipment please contact Telecommunications at
x8799.
Student Computer Lab Support
The Student
Computing staff maintain all of the computer labs
on campus including computer classrooms.
