Campus Technology
At St. Edward’s, we put a priority on enhancing learning with the latest technology for instruction, homework, research, communication and more. And we make a point to train students in the technology they need to succeed in the digital age.

Wireless Campus
Check your email or surf the web with wireless access in residence halls, classrooms and public spaces across campus — whether you’re enjoying a sunny afternoon in Ragsdale Plaza, meeting friends for coffee at Doyle Café or finishing a research paper in the library.
Classrooms and Computer Labs
100% of our classrooms have computers and multimedia capabilities that professors use to enrich their lessons with interactive learning — technology you can also utilize for your own presentations. Computer labs are spread throughout the campus for student use, where you can work on homework or print assignments. For late-night work sessions, students can also visit the three 24-hour computer labs.
Residence Halls
In addition to wireless access, all residence halls provide students with wired high-speed Internet connection. And the Computer Help Desk is just a phone call away, whether you need help connecting to the internet or to install the latest anti-virus software.
Training and Support
Get up-to-speed with free computer training workshops offered throughout the year on subjects such as web design, Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Photoshop. Need help with printer problems, connecting wirelessly or cleaning viruses off your computer? Turn to the Computer Help Desk for technical support, which is open seven days a week during the academic year.
Students are assigned personal email accounts and have access to network storage.
