Student Society for Master of
Arts in Counseling
Activities we would like to incorporate
into the organization:
•
Develop a volunteer network for MAC students to get
more involved in the community.
•
Create fundraising schemes to support our events.
•
Establish a relationship with St. Edward's undergraduate
psychology department so
that MAC students may gain experience
as teaching assistants.
•
Institute an anonymous open forum that allows students
to present questions,
comments, or complaints related to ethical
or fundamental dilemmas in the MAC
program. This committee will refrain
from discussing issues presented in the forum
outside of the forum, and has no power
to make decisions regarding the fate of
students, nor does the SSMAC feel it
is their position to do so. This committee
protects the privacy of all involved
individuals. |
