HR Sponsors the 2nd Thursday Supervisors' Lunch Club
Mabee Ballroom C, Robert and Pearle Ragsdale Center

All St. Edward's University supervisors and managers are invited to the 2nd Thursday Supervisors' Lunch Club. August Topic: Give 'em the Pickle -- A Guide to Improved Customer Service – We are dedicated to high standards of service. This is one of the university's operating principles, and most St. Edward's employees strive to demonstrate this daily, whether the customer is a student or prospective student, a parent or a colleague. But it's not always as easy as it may seem. Come join other supervisors for a discussion of what constitutes great customer service at St. Edward's, as well as our unique challenges and how to overcome them. "Give 'em the Pickle," a short but entertaining training DVD, will be shown to stimulate discussion.  RSVP not required, but helpful. Send RSVPs to hrrsvp@stedwards.edu. A light buffet lunch begins at 11:45 a.m. (until food runs out), or bring your own lunch. Discussion begins at noon.
