Tune In to the NCAA National Tournament - St. Edward's Softball Team One Step Closer to Championship Game

For the first time in school history, the St. Edward's University softball team has the chance to play in the NCAA Division II Softball World Series Championship. St. Edward's will play Emporia State at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 17, at Warrior Field of Memorial Park in Houston. If the Hilltoppers win the game, they will be slated to play in the championship game at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 17, with the opponent not yet determined.

The game will be shown live on CBS College Sports Television: DirectTV (channel 610), Dish Network (channel 152) and Time Warner Cable (channel 438).

Golf: Hilltoppers Move Up To Seventh After Round Two

The 7th-ranked St. Edward's men's golf team shot a second-round 285 to move up to seventh place at Memorial Park Golf Club in Houston at the NCAA National Tournament. Junior Andrew Workman (70-69=139) leads the way for the Hilltoppers and he is tied for eighth place. St. Edward's will tee off at 1:35 p.m. today, May 16. You can follow all the action on live stats.
