AUSTIN-Kevin Jannusch, assistant softball coach for St. Edward's University, was named sports information director for the athletic program. He will serve as an information liaison to the media, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Heartland Conference, in addition to assisting the athletic administration in marketing the athletic program.

Jannusch serves as president of Hearts of Texas Girls Fastpitch, Inc., and is a staff writer for Texas Fastpitch Magazine.

St. Edward's University is an independent, Catholic liberal arts university of 3,700 students in Austin. It was founded by the Congregation of Holy Cross.
