St.
Edward's University is pleased to present Claude Rie: March Series,
an exhibition featuring 30 black and white photographs of barn swallows
in flight. The exhibition will be on display Feb. 1 24 in
the Fine Arts Center Gallery on campus.
Rie's photographs have been included in many exhibitions, most recently
at the Stroud Water Research Center and Philadelphia Photographers
Show at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. He teaches at Husian School
of Art in Philadelphia and has works displayed in the permanent
collection of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Exhibition hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
and Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. Admission is free and open
