Darlene, Angela and Sue Ellen, three women with seemingly nothing in common, give up the monotony of their daily lives to pursue their dreams of becoming country music sensations. After meeting each other on a cross-country Greyhound bus — destination Nashville —they decide to form a band and their lives change forever.
