Memorial Mass and Press Conference for David Garcia

A memorial Mass will be celebrated for David Garcia at 5 p.m., Wednesday, March 24, in Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel on the St. Edward’s University campus, immediately followed by a press conference with the family.

A 22-year-old senior from Alamo, Texas, Garcia died while on Spring Break on South Padre Island. The Cameron County Park Ranger Division is investigating Garcia’s death as a homicide.
