of Liberal Arts Degree Plan
Degree Requirements
- Completion of the required 33 hours of coursework
with a cumulative St.
Edwards University graduate GPA of 3.0
or higher.
- Completion of a minimum of 24 hours of coursework
at St. Edwards University;
- Application for degree on file with MLA
graduate advisor within the first three
weeks of the trimester of graduation;
- Certification for graduation completed by
the director of the MLA program; and
- Satisfaction of all financial obligations
to the university.
Participation in commencement exercises is
based on certification for that respec-tive
term. Withdrawal from any required course
will nullify the graduation certifica-tion
and preclude participation in the ceremony
for that term.

Students

Two thematic studies seminars

Directed study culminating
in an essay or project relating liberal studies
to the policies
and practices of the
profession and/or orga-nization represented by
the student.
Students pursuing a certificate are required to
take the following, for a total of 12 hours:
