Dr. Myers is a tenured Professor of Management in New College at St. Edward’s University. He has taught undergraduate classes in Business Administration, Management and Marketing in New College, and Computer Information Science and Strategic Management classes in the St. Edward’s Traditional Undergraduate Program.

Dr. Myers current areas of interest in research include: Business Simulation Gaming, Workplace Productivity, Total Quality Management and the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in team building and the development of quality computer/management information systems. Results of Dr. Myers research have been published in scholarly journals such as R&D Management and Data Management.

Dr. Myers has presented over 30 thirty refereed research papers at conferences sponsored by organizations such as the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI), the American Management Association (AMA), and the Association for Psychological Type (APT).

Dr. Myers is currently the Treasurer of the five-state Southwest Region of APT. He is a past president of the Austin Chapter of the APT, also the past president of the Austin Chapter of the Association of information Technology Professionals (AITP).

Since 1992, Dr. Myers has served continuously as a member of the Computer Information Systems Industry Advisory Council, Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas.
