Dr. Wang teaches economics and finance classes at the New College.  Prior to joining St. Edward’s University, Dr. Wang was a tenure track assistant professor at Minot State University’s College of Business, teaching a variety of economics and business courses. Dr. Wang also taught at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and Waukesha.  At all these institutions Dr. Wang had the opportunity to teach working adult students.  Before pursuing his teaching career, Dr. Wang worked as an engineer for three years after receiving a B.S. in engineering from Wuhan University and later as an investment banker for one year after receiving an M.A. in economics from Zhongshan University in China.  Dr. Wang is also a CFA charter holder and has graded the Level III exams for the CFA program.
