St. Edward's University Hilltopper Chorale to perform works by Rutter and Schubert
The St. Edward's University Hilltopper Chorale will perform works by John Rutter and Franz Schubert in concerts at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 24 and at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 25, in the Maloney Room of Main Building on campus. The concerts are free and open to the public.
The back-to-back performances of Requiem by Rutter, a contemporary British composer and Mass in G-Major by Schubert will be followed by a reception. Brother Gerald Muller, CSC, is conductor and music coordinator for St. Edward's University.
St. Edward's University is an independent Catholic liberal arts university of 3,800 students in Austin. It was founded by the Congregation of Holy Cross.
