When newly engaged Alice and Tony introduce their parents to each other fireworks ignite as these extremely dissimilar families struggle to come to grips with the vast lifestyle differences. Eccentric relatives appear, anarchy prevails and the entire dinner party is arrested before Alice and Tony receive their parents' blessings. This hilarious American classic won the 1936 Pulitzer Prize and is a surefire hit with all audiences.

The Mary Moody Northen Theatre of St. Edward's University offers one of the only pre-professional undergraduate theater program of its kind in the United States. Designed for the student-artist, the program offers theater-based academic training with a rigorous liberal arts curriculum.
