Join St. Edward's University for its Second Annual Hilltopper Golf Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 21, and tee off with NBA great George Gervin while supporting the future of varsity athletics at St. Edward's University.

The tournament will be held at the Golf Club at Circle C, 7401 Highway 45. The St. Edward's golf coaches will give a free golf clinic at 10:45 a.m., followed by lunch at noon. The modified scramble starts at 1 p.m.

Gervin, the San Antonio Spurs' all-time leader in points and games played, will spend the entire day playing golf with participants. In his nine NBA seasons with San Antonio, the Spurs won five division titles. A 7-handicapper, Gervin will be the guest speaker during the awards dinner at 6 p.m.

For those who don't golf, dinner tickets can be purchased for $25, so that you can enjoy Gervin's speech and the sounds of Texas swing music by the Riff Ryders with other alumni and boosters during the awards dinner.
