Discover Learning Options at St. Edward's University

St. Edward's University for its Second Annual Hilltopper Golf Tournament Is going back to school one of your resolutions for 2007? Then, learn more about New College, a St. Edward’s University program designed just for adult learners. It’s tailored to help busy adults juggle work, family and school — you won’t have to put your life on hold to earn a degree. Visit the recently launched New College admission web site at www.discoverstedwards.com.

The web site is full of fresh information about degree options, support services and ways students can get credit for what they already know. There are also handy resources to guide prospective students through the application process. These “freebies” include:

  • Tips on writing an effective essay
  • A sample degree plan
  • Checklists to help applicants track their materials
  • FAQs

The new web site answers questions a prospective student has about how to succeed as an adult student at St. Edward's University including:

  • Which degree is right for me?
  • Will I even have time to attend classes?
  • How many credits will I need to graduate?
  • Can I afford to go back to school?

Visitors can also find inspiration by reading “success stories” — personal profiles of successful New College students and alumni.

Plus, there’s a print feature that makes it easy to capture important information. You can even use the “tell-a-friend feature” to send an e-mail about the site.
