New Residence and Dining Hall

Get a taste of the new residence hall and experience all that this space has to offer at a special preview party from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb.13 in the Mabee Ballrooms A&B. The new residence and dining hall is scheduled to open Spring 2009.

New Residence Hall Preview Party

Learn about the various aspects of the residence hall including the new dining facility, coffeehouse, health services and counseling services. Renderings, material samples and scale models will also be on display.

Residence Life

Staff members will be available to answer questions and distribute information. This is also the last chance to get your lottery number for the online housing fair.

Bon Appetit

Bon Appetit will have three new food stations at the new residence and dining hall — Barbecue, Taqueria and Bakery — featuring new menu options. Get a taste with the following hors d'oeuvres:

• Mini barbecue brisket sandwiches
• Mini chicken tostadas
• Mini blondies and brownies

Come meet Bon Appetit's new chef, Brian Krellenstein, for the residence hall who will conduct food demonstrations.

Seattle's Best Coffee

Seattle's Best Coffee will offer coffee and tea tastings, blended drinks and food samples.

Health Center and Counseling and Consultation Center

Staff members will provide information about their new combined offices and services.
