Students, alumni, faculty and staff are invited to enter the 125X125 Hilltop Film Quest with a 125-second short film that ties back to St. Edward’s. Aspiring filmmakers and proud Hilltoppers have the opportunity to become digital storytellers with this fun competition.

Start with the 125^th anniversary theme around “journey.”

Capture the history or the future of St. Edward’s, or share a modern day journey on campus. Document your personal experience, illustrate a memorable moment or create a new story of your own. The only requirement is that you draw from the unlimited source of inspiration around you — St. Edward’s University.

Bring your story to life using a digital camera, camcorder, Flip camera or your cell phone. Even if you’ve never picked up a camera before, you are encouraged to participate. Use any film style that best tells your story — animation, documentary, mini feature, music video and more.

Shoot for the grand prize: the revolutionary iPad!    

The winner of the 125X125 Hilltop Film Quest will receive an iPad. Experience Apple’s exciting new technology at the touch of a finger, no matter where you go.
