or over-limit (capacity) and late add authorization, please closely
review the instructions below. Using the course program or first
characters of the course number (i.e. A-, P-, ACCT, BIOL, HSCR
etc.), locate the program or school you must contact for authorization. |

| MAC Program: Complete the MAC Course Overload Request. Each student requesting an overload may fax their form to 512-428-1064. Each student will be responsible for including all required information as well as following up with the MAC office if the form was received. Forms may also be turned in to Premont Hall, Rm. 330 or Campus Mailbox 820, Attn: Araceli Ramirez. Decisions regarding requests will be made approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the term.
