Students at SEU use a web-based registration system to register and make schedule adjustments (adds & drops). As a New or Readmitted Student, you will select and register for courses with the assistance of an advisor. During subsequent terms, each student must process their own registration.

Our Early Registration Schedule for currently enrolled and active students generally falls as follows:

TERM

ONLINE COURSE SCHEDULES & REGISTRATION SCHEDULE GENERALLY AVAILABLE

EARLY REGISTRATION GENERALLY BEGINS
Spring

First week of October

First week of November
Summer First week of March First week of April
Fall First week of March First week of April

NEW & RE-ADMITTED STUDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN EARLY REGISTRATION. THE ABOVE IS A GENERAL AND UNOFFICIAL EARLY REGISTRATION SCHEDULE. PLEASE REVIEW THE CURRENT REGISTRATION SCHEDULE FOR OFFICIAL DATES.

Each student is responsible for determining, prior to the end of the adjustment period, whether he/she has the appropriate class schedule. Course prerequisites, compatibility with work schedule, and class assignments should be considered carefully. All schedule adjustments must be processed by the published deadlines. Students are allowed to withdraw from courses during the posted schedule adjustment period. During this period, the refund schedule set forth by the Office of Student Financial Services is adhered to.

Students assume financial and academic responsibility for each registered course. Withdrawing does not automatically absolve a student's financial responsibility for his/her educational expenses. It is the student's responsibility to drop/withdraw from courses. Discontinuing attendance or notifying an instructor of a status change does not constitute a drop or withdrawal. The student is responsible for initiating and completing the drop or withdrawal procedure utilizing EdWeb Registration. If the student fails to complete the process, he/she will receive the grade(s) assigned by the instructor(s) of record and be billed accordingly.

A student may add or drop courses (make schedule adjustments) any time during the registration period. After this period, a student may only withdraw from courses. Consultthe Dates & Deadlines, Course Schedules, and/or the Office of the Registrar for specific course begin, end, add, drop, or withdrawal dates and other important deadlines.
