Print and complete 22-1990 or apply online using Vonapp
Submit copy of degree plan
Turn in a copy of your DD214 (for Veterans)
Used benefits
at another institution:
Print and complete 22-1995
or 22-5495
Submit copy of a degree plan
Turn in a copy of your DD214 (for Veterans)
