SUCCESS: A Student Leadership Conference welcomes all St. Edward’s University students to enjoy a day full of fun, learning, and motivation to help you on the path to success, however you may define it.
You will have the opportunity to:
- develop your own vision of success,
- choose sessions to attend based on your interests
- meet and mingle with faculty and staff from St. Edward's University, and other local university’s and presenters.
Topics to include:
- Motivation Leadership Self Discovery Multicultural Leadership
- How to Be a Social Activist
- Spirituality & Leadership
- Planning for Success
SUCCESS Conference Mission
To empower students through increased self-knowledge and leadership education to grow their natural leadership skills and enhance their ability to make positive changes in their lives and community.
Conference Schedule

| 9:30 a.m. | Arrive for registration. Beverages available. |
| 10 a.m. | Welcome and Keynote speaker. |
| 10:35 a.m. | Introduction to your small groups and project. |
| 11 a.m. | SESSION 1 |
| 12 noon | Lunch w/small groups |
| 12:45 – 1:45 p.m. | SESSION 2 |
| 2pm – 3 p.m. | SESSION 3 |
| 3pm – 4 p.m. | Small group. Reflections and project completion |
| 4pm – 5:30 p.m. | Conference Closing |
