Generous Partners

The commitment of corporate donors such as Farm Credit Bank of Texas, which provides scholarships for CAMP students, and the AT&T Foundations's 125th Anniversary scholarship, is an investment in tomorrow's workforce.

Corporate and Matching Giving

Though St. Edward's University has grown in both stature and size over the last decade, our bottom line hasn't changed: We transform lives. Through innovative partnerships with the university, your business can, too.

Corporate giving to St. Edward's is an investment in an educated and ethical workforce that is ready to respond to the opportunities and challenges of today's global marketplace. Through our partnerships with businesses, and their vital role in creating learning opportunities at St. Edward's, our graduates enter the workforce with the knowledge, skills and passion to solve problems. They initiate positive change in their community and across the world. Your company can be an agent of such change, too. Here's how.

Signature Internships

Of particular benefit to our students are the St. Edward's University Signature Internships. Created in 2010, and modeled on our successful decade-long partnership with the H-E-B Community Internship Program, St. Edward's University Signature Internships have a dual impact:

  • Providing a financial-aid eligible student with a paid career-building internship at a nonprofit organization
  • Strengthening the capacity of a local nonprofit through the work of a skilled intern who is well-equipped to help achieve organizational goals

A gift of $1,250 creates a semester-long, 100-hour internship for an organization such as Austin Children’s Shelter, Capital Area Food Bank, Caritas or Lifeworks.

Corporate Sponsorships

Sponsorships help underwrite many ongoing university initiatives, such as student art exhibits, productions at the Mary Moody Northen Theatre, seminars and conferences, athletic events and alumni chapter activities. St. Edward's University works with each sponsor to ensure that the sponsorship package positions the corporation appropriately to its key market segments.

Corporate Matching Gifts

St. Edward's is grateful to companies that provide financial support through employee matching gift programs that extend charitable contributions made by their employees (and sometimes spouses and retirees). Corporate matching gifts leverage employee giving to support nearly every area of the university, including endowment, scholarships and research, teaching tools and equipment, and capital improvements. Please ask your employer if your gift to St. Edward's qualifies for a corporate match.
