Tomas Yufik

Assistant Professor of Psychology

Expertise: Dr. Yufik, an assistant professor of psychology, has broad clinical expertise and has worked for many years at a variety of mental health treatment centers including the Department of Veteran’s Affairs mental health clinic and community mental health clinics. Dr. Yufik has vast experience treating clients with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), personality disorders (e.g., borderline personality disorder), depression, and violent offenders.  Dr. Yufik’s area of research expertise centers on examining ways to improve the current diagnostic classification system used by mental health practitioners.
