Campus Tours

Our campus walking tours are led by current students and last about an hour and 15 minutes. Fall and spring tours are at 9:30 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. on Monday and Friday, and 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. Tours include a look inside academic buildings, the student center, athletic facilities and one residence hall.

Self-Guided Audio Campus Tour

If your schedule does not allow you to visit campus when guided tours are given, you can take a self-guided audio tour. Our self-guided tour combines a printed map with a narrated walk around campus that you can access from your cell phone. Maps with the phone number and instructions are available in the admission office, at the Ragsdale Center information desk and at the kiosk by the Carriage House. You may also print the map and bring it with you to campus.

Group Tours

We offer guided group tours for high school students from September to April. Tours may be scheduled for 10 a.m. or 1 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Group tour requests should be made at least three weeks in advance. Elementary and middle school groups are welcome to visit campus using our self-guided audio tour (described above). Please call our office at 800-555-0164 for more information about this option.

Group Visit Programs

Several times a year, we accommodate guests in full-day or half-day programs.

• Picture Yourself at St. Edward's Day, April 6, 2013 – Admitted seniors can tour campus and residence halls, meet faculty and staff and learn about our campus community before making their May 1 enrollment decision.

Individual Visits

High school seniors and transfer students whose schedules don’t allow them to attend a group program may schedule an individual, in-depth visit to experience life as a St. Edward’s student. With at least two weeks’ advance notice, we can arrange for you to attend a class, meet with a professor, eat in the dining hall and stay the night with a student host. You can also take a tour and meet with an admission counselor. These visits are offered from September to April.
