Who will post, and how often? Create an editorial calendar to assign responsibilities and schedule posts for each channel.

Participate

Have fun, but keep it professional. If you make a mistake, acknowledge it, and post again with a correction.

Think about what content will do best on which channel and post. 

Encourage audience participation through chats and by asking good questions.

Analyze

How will you measure progress and success? Determine your return on investment to see what efforts need more or less attention.
