Living in East Hall

East Hall was constructed in 1966, and housed the women students of Maryhill College of St. Edward's University. The hall was named after Alice Kleberg East, who showed great interest in the development of Maryhill College.

Located on the north side of campus, East Hall is home to 138 freshmen. East Hall North is female-only, and East Hall South is co-ed with men and women living on separate floors. Residents enjoy relaxing in the centrally-located recreation area or in one of the two television lounges. The unique layout, community-style living and intentional programming create a supportive, family-like experience for residents. Learn more about the amenities and floor plan this traditional residence hall offers.
