St. Edward’s University is proud to be growing, improving and consistently gaining national recognition. Providing innovative campus facilities for living, learning and teaching is vital to the continued success of our students and the university.

Beginning in May 2016, more improvements are underway with several construction projects, including a new 124-unit apartment complex. This $33 million project will provide more on-campus housing for our upperclassman students and is scheduled to open for the Fall 2017 semester.

Located in the heart of campus, the apartment complex enhances the hilltop’s vibrant residential environment. The fully furnished units, competitively priced, will feature full kitchens, laundry facilities, study areas and outdoor gathering spaces. Students will enjoy the conveniences and amenities of living on campus, with easy access to our classroom buildings, academic support services, dining halls and coffee shops, library, computer labs, fitness center, and more.

Ultimately, this project will enrich the St. Edward’s educational experience, giving more students the opportunity to stay closely connected to the academic community during their time on the hilltop. It also allows us to guarantee on-campus housing for freshmen and sophomores.
