Dr. Jane Xie is a Professor of Finance at the Bill Munday School of Business. Her current research interests include corporate governance, Board of Directors, ownership structure, and institutional investors. She has taught undergraduate and graduate courses on corporate finance, investments, financial statement analysis, international finance, entrepreneurial finance, etc.
