As a professor in the management department at St. Edward's University, John focuses his teaching on innovation and entrepreneurship (entrepreneurial finance). Prior to joining the faculty at St. Edward's, John held faculty positions at Fresno State and Western Michigan University. He completed his PhD in Entrepreneurship at the University of Louisville. John is a native of Austin, Texas, and he has lived in many interesting places around the world. He is a founder of GolfSolutions.com and SmartBond. In keeping with the entrepreneurial spirit, he works with Martin Mueller (son) on Pick'n Run and Widad Mueller (wife) on Rollin' Gelato, while also making investments in various startups.
