Dr. Rudloff is associate dean of the School of Humanities and an associate professor in the area of English Writing and Rhetoric.

Dr. Rudloff joined the faculty at St. Edward's University in 2001. From 2005-2011, she served as director of Freshman Studies and as director of the Writing Center while continuing to teach writing. Since 2011, she has served as associate dean of the School of Humanities, and she continues to teach writing. From 2012-2014, she also served as interim director of first-year writing. Dr. Rudloff has a particular interest in teaching freshman and sophomore courses. She has served on many committees, such as Faculty Senate, the Curriculum Committee, the Course Directors Council, the General Education Advisory Committee, and currently serves on the General Education Renewal Committee.
