Dr. Nelson Arboleda (SEU ’94 and Alumni Achievement Award Winner), Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Central American Region, will be delivering a talk on January 30.” Dr. Arboleda graduated from St. Edward’s with a Bachelor of Science, and has gone on to a distinguished career as an epidemiologist with organizations including the WHO and CDC, including significant work on HIV/AIDS and pandemic influenza.
